About time I resurfaced after the Crimbo/New Year, so wishing you all well for 2014! It's been a fun week with the NYD party at Twisted Pepper and the first night of Stay Pon Da Riddim at Pacino's. Big ups to the crews for two great nights, and big up as always Aunty Shimmy! December was busy but you don't want to hear about all that crap that happened in the past, you want to know the future! So what's shakin for January? There's a new monthly club to tell you about, and if you read on, a new free remix due to drop!
Friday night's "Stay Pon Da Riddim" gig with Solo Banton gave me a good chance to check out Pacino's in full sail, as that's where the brand new night
"Bass Fonk" will launch on Sat 25th of this month. There was even a spin on the cellar sound, where all the action will be as myself, Dusty Tonez and Johnny Pluse take the funk cannons out, set them to bass and blow up some of your favourite party jams, from midnight 'til very late indeed. The whole prohibition bar vibe rocks, as does the pizza out of the kitchens upstairs (with their fancy Michelin star chef etc!). There is a new
